The HourlyRateCalculator also known as the Hourly Cost Calculator is a tool for costing an hourly job over time. You can perform quick and easy estimates for clients or if you are the client, figure out how much the total cost of a job will be. This calculator takes into account the hourly rate, a tip percentage should tipping be customary for the type of work, and a simple expense field where you can enter a total expense amount. If the job will take several days, and the hours per day will be the same, simply add the start and end times for the first day and in the last box, enter the number of days. The calculator will factor the hours accordingly. Similarly, if you have multiple workers all making the same hourly rate, you could enter the number of workers in the days box to get an accurate cost of a job taking a day. Multiply that by 2 to get the cost of the crew over two days, and so on.

When you are done, email the invoice or estimate to interested parties with the app's email feature. The email is pre-populated with all the needed info. Add your own info or edit it to suit your needs.
